Die Welt verliert nicht nur eine der besten Stimmen, die die Musikszene je gehabt hat, sondern auch einen großartigen Menschen. Auf zahlreichen Konzerten, die ich besucht habe, hatte man immer das Gefühl, das ist einer wie Du und ich. Ich kann bis heute nicht glauben, was passiert ist. Die Songs von Gotthard uns Steves Stimme begleiten mich seit 20 Jahren.

I heard about this on Wednesday and I am still in shock. I lived in Vegas and know the stretch of road where Steve lost his life well. It makes me so sad that this had to happen. And I am honestly wondering what God was thinking to take such a talented & caring person as Steve. Why couldn't he live out his one dream before taking him?? It seems like a bad dream that I cannot wake up from.
My condolences go out to his girlfriend Bridgette, the band, the Gotthard Family and all the fans that he touched. My husband and I just got into the band from a friend and from the moment I heard Heaven I was hooked.
Rest in Peace Steve. The angels have a new lead singer. I look forward to the day I can hear you sing again.
